Why do i get a headache when i eat ice cream too fast? (Eat it more slowly.)

    Blood vessels contract when a cold object (e.g. ice cream) touches the roof of the mouth. As the coldness diminish, the blood vessels relax thus increasing the blood flow to the brain which in turn causes the "brainfreeze".

    ung ngalangala kasi manipis at dahil dito ay madaling maapekto nito ang blood vessels papunta sa brain, kaya para hindi ma brain freeze wag idikit sa ngalangala ang malamig na pagkain...
